We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/tags.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Used or worn products
- Items reported after the 3-day return window

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds are processed as follows:
- If the return is approved, you may choose one of the following:
- Exchange with the same or similar item
- Store credit for your next purchase
Note: We do not offer cash refunds due to the COD system.
